One Retreat: Four Timeless Traditions

Sakhyam: meaning friendship and union is a rare coming-together of four of India's most profound healing arts: Ayurveda, Yoga, Kalari and Music. Over seven immersive days at Sreechithra Ayurveda in the heart of Kerala, you will not simply study these traditions you will live them, from the first prayer at dawn to therapeutic music under the evening starlight sky.

Designed for seekers, students and practitioners alike, Sakhyam blends authentic theory with hands-on practice and daily Ayurvedic therapy, culminating in a recognised certification and a convocation in the presence of revered gurus.

This 7 days program is created for health professionals ,Yoga trainers, Healers from far and wide. It is a harmonious blend of Ayurveda, Yoga, Kalari and Music, each an integral part of India's traditional, holistic healing system.

The program is meticulously designed to provide participants with profound insights into these ancient disciplines, fostering a deeper understanding of their interconnectedness and their practical applications in a holistic healing journey. At the end of the course the participants will be able to utilise the knowledge attained to provide a holistic and complete experience of wellbeing to their patients/client. As well as the participants will have enough training for them to transfer these information to their students helping in creating an aware and healthy world.

Relevant techniques of Yoga, Kalari, Ayurveda and Music are discussed and taught in-depth, helping trainers apply them within their own syllabus with an immense effect on one's mental, physical, social and spiritual health.

By rail, Guruvayur railway station is just a few kilometres away, with Thrissur (around 30 km) as the nearest major junction. Airport pick-up and transfers can be organised by us on request and will have an extra charge.
