The 21st century is the era of information technology as it has become a part of every day life of all people. The technology has made a remarkable change in the world but the people involved in this field because of their profession in the long term are prone to develop a lot of health problems, as this profession involves working for a long time in front of the computers and thus less of physical activity.

The different health problems which generally I.T. professionals complain are headaches, strain on eyes, pain in joints and neck, acidity, sleeping problems, increase in weight, allergic asthma etc. As modern medicines can give temporary relief but in the long term these will result in lots of side effects and reduce immunity of the person. So, the only way to give complete cure without any side effects, is through alternative medicines such as Ayurveda.

 
Ayurveda is the science of life and its objectives are: -
 

"Prayojanam chashya savasthshya savashthrakshnam aturashya vikarprashmanam cha" (charak sutra- 30/26) It means - protection of the health of the healthy persons and cure of the diseased persons.
