The main Building – a Nalukettu – houses 12 Air Conditioned Double Rooms with attached Bathrooms with provisions of hot & cold water, TV, Intercom etc.  ‘Parnasala’, the cottage on the river bank with attached bathroom, Intercom & TV is a paradise for the visitors from abroad. The ‘Oottupura’, the dining hall which is also Air Conditioned facilitate our Guests to have their meal in utmost luxury and comfort. 
We also are equipped with a ‘Kettuvallam’, - house boat - that our visitors love to travel in.  The scenic beauty of Manathala can be enjoyed by a cruise which not only refreshes them but also cherishes the memories even after their leaving this place.
We also arrange Pilgrim visits to Guruvayoor Temple and several other places of worship in the region.  Sight seeing visits to the Golden Beach of Chavakkad, ‘Anakkotta’ a unique place where one could see more than 65 elephants sheltered in a single compound, is also something which we cannot express in words.
